Dental hygienists, in particular, are indispensable to preventive dentistry. Therefore, our dental hygienists undergo practical exams upon hiring to maintain a certain standard of care. They also cultivate a self-learning attitude to update their skills and knowledge after joining.
Due to the high level of our dental hygienists, there seem to be dental clinics that wish to poach our staff. There have been instances of poaching attempts within the year. The individuals approached informed us about these attempts. Of course, they continue to work energetically at our clinic.
